- The name says it all: I am a photographer and lawyer in the Los Angeles area. I am sometimes an adjunct instructor of photography at a community college. I occasionally write, and am often asked to speak, on the business of photography and legal rights of creators. I am licensed to practice law in California and I am an active member of the California Bar. I am entitled to practice in all California state courts and I have been admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Central District of California, the Southern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. This blog is not intended to solicit clients, set up an attorney-client relationship with anyone, or be interpreted as practicing law outside of the state of California.
